- ⅓ cup butter
- 2 Tbsps Oil
- 2 Tbsps flour
- ½ cup white wine
- 5 cups chicken stock
- 1 bay leaf
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- ground Nutmeg
- For the bread
- 1 finely chopped garlic clove
- ground peppers
- 12 slices Baguette
- ¼ cup butter

1 Kitchen scale, 1 Mixing bowl, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Fork, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Plastic wrap, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Nutmeg grater, 1 Pasta machine, 1 runde Cookie cutter (ca. 8 cm Ø), 1 Brush, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Kitchen towel, 1 großer Pot, 1 Sieve oder Schaumkelle, 1 Large knife, 1 große Skillet
Preparation steps

Peel and thinly slice the onions.

Heat the butter and oil in a pan and slowly fry the onions, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Then dust with flour, cook briefly and stir in the white wine. Add the stock and bay leaf and bring to the boil. Season well with salt, nutmeg and cayenne pepper. Remove the bay leaf.
3.
Cut the baguette into fingers and fry in butter with the garlic and pepper until golden.
4.
Ladle the soup into 6 bowls and serve with the baguette fingers.
