2 large onions

700 grams Beef fillet (cut into strips)
90 milliliters sweet soy sauce
2 Limes
4 Tbsps salt
4 Tbsps freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Heat 2-3 tablespoons oil in a pan and cook the onion wedges until golden brown. Lift out and set aside.

Heat a little oil in the pan and cook the beef strips about 2 minutes while vigorously stirring. Reduce heat slightly and add the onion wedges and the soy sauce. Quickly stir and allow the soy sauce to thicken slightly.

3.

Halve limes. To serve, distribute the meat on 4 large plates. Mix salt and pepper and place a small heap of mixture on each plate. Squeeze 1 lime half on each heap and mix into a little paste. Dip the meat a little into the lime seasoning and then eat.
