- 4 large eggs
- salt
- peppers (from the mill)
- 2 Tbsps grated Cheese
- 4 Tbsps chopped Fresh herbs to taste (such as dill, chervil, parsley, chives, etc)
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 2 Tomatoes (for garnish)
- 2 parsley (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Separate the eggs, mix yolks with salt, pepper, cheese and herbs.
2.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the egg mixture.
3.
Heat butter in a pan, pour in the egg mixture, cover, then cook over low heat until the mixture is slightly solid.
4.
Lay folded on a warmed plate and serve garnished with tomato slices and parsley.
