Preparation steps

1.

Whisk eggs with milk and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a small pan and make 4 omelets, one after the other, cooking until golden brown.

Add a ham slice to each omelet and fold. Serve immediately. Serve with toasted white bread if desired.
