Nutritional values

Blueberries are packed with vitamin C, which helps supports a healthy immune system and is also important for the building of connective tissue, bones and teeth.

You can enjoy the waffles all year round if you adapt the fruit varieties to the season. Plums and apples are perfect in the fall, for example.

2.

Wash peaches, dab dry, halve, remove seeds, cut peaches into fine slices. Wash blueberries and dab dry.

3.

Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp. Mix maple syrup, lemon juice and vanilla pulp. Wash mint, shake dry and pluck leaves. Mix peach slices and blueberries with the vanilla dressing, fold in mint leaves.
