Grind the pistachios and almonds finely in a food chopper. Place in a pan with the icing sugar and orange juice and stir over a low heat with a wooden spoon until the mixture thickens and is no longer sticky.
Mix in the chopped almonds and grated coconut and let the mixture cool.
