½ cube Yeast (21 g)
450 grams Pastry flour (type 550)
½ tsp salt
50 milliliters olive oil
150 grams mixed chopped Nut (such as walnuts, sunflower seeds and pine nuts)

Preparation steps

Stir the yeast in a bowl with 200 ml (approximately 1 cup) of warm water. In a separate bowl, stir the flour with the salt. Add the yeast mixture, olive oil and nuts to the flour mixture, and knead with a hand mixer until a smooth dough is formed. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 45 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 390°F). Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface. Shape into 2-3 rounds, about 20 cm (approximately 8 inches) in diameter. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely. Serve sliced.
