- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 3 Tbsps aged balsamic vinegar
- ¾ cup crumbled Feta
- mint (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Place nectarines on a preheated grill for 1 to 2 minutes, or until grill marks appear.
2.
Remove nectarines from heat and place in a large bowl. Add oil and vinegar and toss gently.
3.
Transfer nectarines to a serving platter and sprinkle crumbled feta over top. Garnish with mint leaves.
