Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lettuce, the separate the leaves and shake dry. Coarsely chop the basil. Cube the cheese and cut the bacon into strips. Mix the prepared ingredients. Rinse, halve and pit the nectarines, then cut into slices.

2.

Mix together balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and oil, and season to taste. Stir the nectarines into the mixed ingredients and arrange on plates to serve.
