- 400 grams button Mushroom
- 1 white onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 dried chili peppers
- 1 pinch ground Cumin
- salt
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
Preparation

Clean mushrooms, slice one and cut the rest into small cubes. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Heat oil in a pan and saute onion, garlic and chopped mushrooms.

Add chopped chile peppers and cumin, saute for about 4 minutes or until there is no more liquid in the pan. Season with salt and sprinkle with cilantro. Arrange in four cups and serve garnished with mushroom slices.
