- 8 rashers Bacon
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 6 cups fresh Chanterelle (chopped if necessary)
- 1 ½ Tbsps fresh Chervil (chopped)
- 4 slices rustic Bread
- 8 slices Smoked Cheese

Preparation steps
1.
Fry the bacon in its own fat until crispy. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
2.
Fry the onion and garlic in the fat. Add the mushrooms and fry until the liquid from the mushrooms has fully evaporated. Season with salt and ground black pepper and stir in the chervil.
3.
Arrange on plates with the bacon and serve with bread and cheese.
