- 1200 grams fresh Wild mushroom (cleaned, if necessary. crushed)
- 400 milliliters white wine
- 500 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 shallots (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves
- thyme (each 2 tsp finely chopped)
- rosemary (each 2 tsp finely chopped)
- 4 Tbsps butter
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 2 tsps cornstarch
Preparation
1.
Sauté the shallots and herbs breifly in the butter. Pass the garlic through a press, then add to the shallots. Mix in the mushrooms, sauté a few minutes, then pour in the wine and cream. Bring to a boil, and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Mix the cornstarch with a little water until smooth, then mix into the mushrooms sauce. Return to a boil, stirring often.
