Preparation steps

1.

Wipe the mushrooms and chop finely.

Rinse and trim the scallions and also finely chop.

3.

Sauté the mushrooms and scallions in about 2 tablespoons of butter, add the remaining butter, let it melt and season with salt and pepper.
