- 1 bottle good quality Red wine
- ¼ l water
- juice of lemons
- a few cloves
- 1 large Cinnamon stick
- 1 lemon

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the red wine with the water, lemon juice, and the spices in a saucepan. Don't allow the mixture to come to a boil.
2.
Remove the cinnamon stick and cloves from the wine mixture before serving.
3.
Pour the wine into preheated glasses.
4.
Remove the zest from the lemon. Form the zest into twists. Garnish the glasses with the twists, and serve.
