1 lemon (juice)
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
250 grams Salmon (canned)

Preparation steps

Wash lettuce, shake dry and tear into bite-size pieces. Peel cucumber and cut into cubes. Halve the avocado, remove pit and peel, cut into wedges and sprinkle with lemon juice. Rub the mushrooms with a dry paper towel and slice. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Place vegetables in a bowl and toss to combine.

Mix the remaining lemon juice with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Cut salmon into pieces. Place a radicchio leaf on a plate, spoon the salad onto it, drizzle with dressing and top with the salmon. Serve immediately.
