200 grams mixed Lettuce (such as chicory, arugula, corn salad, cress, radicchio)
2 pomegranates
2 Tbsps White vinegar
4 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
½ tsp liquid honey
150 grams smoked Mozzarella

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lettuce leaves, brush, spin dry and transfer to plates.

2.

Cut the pomegranates in half, hold the cut side downward and whack the peel to remove the seeds. Squeeze juice and mix with the oil and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and honey to taste, distribute the seeds over the salad, drizzle with the vinaigrette and finely microplane the mozzarella on top. Serve immediately.
