- For the salad
- 2 bunches Dandelion greens (light and dark)
- 4 Prince mushrooms (or other wild mushrooms)
- 1 paprika (yellow)
- 4 Tbsps Walnut
- 300 grams Goat cheese
- For the dressing
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- 6 Tbsps Walnut oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps

For the salad, rinse the dandelion leaves, shake dry and remove the thick stems. Rub the mushrooms with a kitchen towel, peel if necessary and cut into thin slices. Rinse and trim the bell pepper, cut in half, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into fine strips.

Chop the walnuts coarsely and lightly toast in a dry skillet.
With wet hands, form the cream cheese into 4 ball shapes and place on plates.
Mix all the salad ingredients together and arrange on the plates next to the cheese.
For the dressing, mix the vinegar with the oil and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
Serve the salad drizzled with the dressing.
