- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 100 grams soybean sprout
- ½ Lettuce
- 2 carrots
- 200 grams Parmesan (whole piece)
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and halve peppers, remove seeds and ribs, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2.
Rinse cherry tomatoes and cut in half if desired. Rinse sprouts in a colander and drain well.
3.
Separate lettuce leaves, rinse, spin dry and tear into small pieces.
4.
Peel carrot and cut into thin strips. Cut Parmesan into bite-sized pieces.
5.
To make vinaigrette: Whisk vinegar with oil and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
6.
Toss all salad ingredients together (except the cheese) with vinaigrette. Fold in the cheese and serve the salad.
