- 3 Tomatoes
- 2 cans Tuna (wild-caught, 200 grams, drained)
- 80 grams black Olives
- 150 grams Feta (feta)
- 3 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 6 Tbsps olive oil (cold-pressed)
Preparation

Rinse the lettuce and drain.

Rinse scallions and cut into rings. Rinse tomatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Drain tuna and tear into small pieces. Cut feta into small pieces.

Whisk together vinegar and oil to make a vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper to taste. To serve, mix the salad ingredients together, drizzle with the vinaigrette and serve.
