5 ozs mixed Berry (frozen)
¾ cup Cranberry juice
3 Tbsps sparkling mineral water (chilled)
Preparation

Rinse lemon balm, shake dry and pluck leaves.

Reserve 1 tablespoon frozen berries for garnish. Combine remaining berries with cranberry juice in a tall vessel and mash coarsely with an immersion blender.

Pour into a serving glass and top with mineral water. Add reserved berries, garnish with lemon balm and serve immediately.
