- 100 milliliters sunflower oil
- 1 tsp honey
- lemon juice
- salt

Rinse and dry the mint, then remove the leaves. Puree with the vinegar in a blender, then gradually incorporate the oil.

Stir in the honey, and season to taste with lemon juice and salt.
