These mini waffles contain heart-healthy fats from the avocados.

If you prefer, you can prepare this as normal-sized waffles instead of mini.

2 cups premade mix of Wheat (Waffles)
2 Avocados
1 handful cilantro
1 handful Chervil
1 Red onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Wasabi paste
Sea salt
8 Radish
vegetable oil (for the waffle iron)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the waffle mix according to directions on the box. Set aside.

Peel and halve the avocado. Remove the core and mash the flesh finely with a fork. Rinse the cilantro and chervil, shake dry and chop finely. Peel the onion and chop finely. Mix the herbs with the avocado. Add the lemon juice, salt and wasabi paste.

Rinse, clean and cut the radishes with a peel spiral.

Bake the waffles in a hot waffle iron and brush each with a little oil. Divide the mix into 20 blobs. Place, close and flatten 2-3 blobs on the waffle iron keeping a distance between each piece. Leave for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Remove and cool slightly. Serve with herbal cream and radish.
