- 400 grams pizza dough mix (frozen)
- 450 grams Canned tomatoes
- 350 grams Mozzarella
- Basil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 tsps (dried) oregano
Preparation steps
1.
Thaw dough and cut out 5 cm (approximately 2 inch) disks.

Press tomatoes through a sieve and spread onto dough, leaving a small margin around the edges. Slice mozzarella and place on top of tomato sauce Season with basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 12 minutes.
Remove, let rest briefly then serve hot.
