400 grams
Pizza dough (frozen)
450 grams
350 grams
freshly ground Pepper
3 tablespoons
2 teaspoons
(dried) Oregano

Preparation steps

1.

Thaw dough and cut out 5 cm (approximately 2 inch) disks. 

2.

Press tomatoes through a sieve and spread onto dough, leaving a small margin around the edges. Slice mozzarella and place on top of tomato sauce Season with basil, oregano, salt and pepper.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 12 minutes.

Remove, let rest briefly then serve hot.
