- 4 small White rolls
- 1 scoop Mozzarella (about 150 grams)
- 8 black Olives
- 1 large Tomato
- olive oil
- 8 Anchovy fillet (in oil)
- 8 Basil

Preparation steps
1.
Halve rolls crosswise and flatten slightly. Drain mozzarella and cut into 8 slices. Rinse tomatoes and cut into 8 slices.

Drain anchovy fillets. Top each roll with basil, tomato, mozzarella, olive and anchovy and bake in preheated oven at 220°C (approximately 425°F) until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
