150 grams Strawberries
150 grams Raspberries
lemons (juiced)
2 Tbsps sugar
3 Tbsps dry white wine
Lemon balm

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse strawberries and raspberries and pat dry. Core strawberries and cut.

2.

Cut muskmelon in half, remove seeds and use a melon baller to form balls.

3.

Mix lemon juice with wine and sugar and add berries and melon balls.

4.

Using a sharp, pointed knife, cut triangles along the top of each melon half to form a fluted edge.

5.

Place fruit salad in the melon halves. Garnish with lemon balm.
