Preparation steps
1.
Bring the lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, and approximately 2 cups of water to a boil. Boil for 2-4 minutes, pour through a fine sieve and refrigerate.

Halve the melons, peel, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Puree the melon. Mix the puree with the cooled water. Serve iced with a lemon wedge.
