- 4 Tbsps honey
- 250 grams Whipped cream
- 4 egg yolks

Preparation steps

Halve melons and remove seeds. Scoop out melon flesh. Freeze empty melon halves to use as bowls.

In a blender, puree melon and honey. Stir in egg yolks and cream. Freeze mixture in an ice cream maker, according to manufacturer's directions. Store in freezer until ready to serve.
