Nutritional values

Watermelon is made up of around 92% of water, so each bite of this fruit salad is hydrating and has significant levels of vitamins A, B6 and C, lycopene, antioxidants and amino acids. Plus, this quintessential summer fruit is fat-free, low in sodium and is extremely low in calories. Nothing sounds better than eating this melon salad poolside!

For an added twist, substitute the lemon for lime. Additionally, you can always substitute the honey for agave.
