250 grams lamb's lettuce
½ small honeydew melon
2 small, cooked Beets
1 Tbsp lemon juice
4 Tbsps Walnut (coarsely cut)
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps White vinegar
1 tsp Maple syrup
4 Tbsps Walnut oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce, trim and spin dry.

2.

Peel beet and cut into thin slices.

3.

Peel melon, cut in half, remove seeds and cut fruit into slices.

4.

Mix lemon juice in a bowl with vinegar and maple syrup, then whisk in oil gradually and season with salt and pepper.

5.

Mix lettuce, melon and beets in a large bowl with the salad dressing, arrange decoratively on plates and sprinkle walnuts over. Serve immediately.
