- 800 grams Beef
- 100 grams Bacon
- 100 grams Emmentaler cheese (diced)
- 2 White rolls
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsps parsley
- 2 Tbsps Rice
- 1 onion
- red and yellow Bell pepper
- salt
- peppers
- also
- vegetable oil (for the mold)
- parsley (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Soak bun and squeeze.

Mix minced meat with buns, bacon, diced cheese, eggs, parsley and rice. Cut onion and one pepper into cubes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

With moistened hands form mixture into a loaf. Grease a baking dish with oil and put meat mixture into dish. Bake meatloaf in a preheated oven at 180° (approximately 350°F) for 50 - 60 min.
Meanwhile cut remaining peppers into wide strips and place on meatloaf after 30 minutes of baking.
Garnish with parsley and serve with mashed potatoes.
