2 ozs sun-dried tomatoes (drained)
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 small dried chili pepper
9 ozs Mozzarella
black peppers
rosemary (for garnish)

Preparation

Marinated Mozzarella preparation step 1

Squeeze lime. Measure 1 tablespoon juice. Chop olives and sun-dried tomatoes finely.

Mix in a bowl with olive oil and lime juice. Crumble chile pepper and mix in well.

Drain the cheese and cut into small pieces.
