- 600 grams Sardine (ready to cook, with skin)
- 1 ½ centimeters fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 chili pepper (or chili)
- 2 Red onions
- 3 organic Limes
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 1 roasted Nori seaweed (cut into strips)
Preparation

Rinse sardines, pat dry and cut into narrow strips.

Peel ginger and garlic and chop finely.

Rinse and halve chile, remove seeds and white inner walls and cut flesh into narrow strips. Peel onions and cut into strips. Rinse lime in hot water, pat dry, zest and squeeze out juice. Mix lime juice with soy sauce, oil, ginger, garlic, chile, onions and lime zest and use to marinate sardines. Cover sardines and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve marinated fish in bowls and garnish with strips of nori.
