- 3 ripe Mangoes
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 tsps honey (or liquid sweetener)
- 400 milliliters Buttermilk
Preparation

Rinse the mangoes and pat dry. Cut 4 small columns from one of the mangos and set aside for the garnish. Peel the remaining mangoes and remove the pits.

Slit the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Blend the mango pulp with the lemon juice, vanilla seeds, honey and buttermilk.

Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses. Serve garnished with the mango columns.
