Mango Sorbet with Gin

- 2 Mangoes
- 60 milliliters gin
- 2 Tbsps brown sugar
- Juice of half lemons
- 4 pieces Dark chocolate (as desired)
Preparation

Peel mangos, slice fruit from core and cut into small pieces. Puree mango in a blender with gin, sugar and lemon juice.

Pour mango puree in a flat container and freeze. Stir puree with a fork every 15 minutes. Keep in freezer for at least 3 hours until a smooth sorbet has formed.

Serve in chilled glasses garnished as desired with dark chocolate.
