- For the smoothie
- 2 Mangoes
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 200 milliliters Buttermilk
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 2 Tbsps brown sugar
- Crushed ice
- 4 scoops Vanilla ice cream

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and halve mangos. Cut flesh away from pits and coarsely chop. In a blender, combine mangos with yogurt, buttermilk, lime juice and sugar. Puree. Add crushed ice to taste and blend until smooth.
2.
Divide smoothie among glasses and place a scoop of vanilla ice cream into each. Garnish with mango slices and mint.
