- 9 ozs lactose-free Yogurt (0.1% fat)
Preparation

Peel the mango, and remove the fruit from the stone. Cut into pieces, then add to a blender. Puree completely with the sugar, lemon juice, and the yogurt. Dilute with approximately 250 ml / 8 ounces of water until the desired consistency is reached. Mix until combined completely.

Pour into glasses, and serve.
