Preparation steps

1.

Peel the mango, cut the pulp from the stone, and finely dice. Peel and coarsely chop the garlic. 

2.

Puree the mango with the garlic, honey, sambal oelek, and the vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. This dressing goes well with salads, fish, and poultry.
