- 600 milliliters cold milk
- 200 milliliters cold Coconut milk (canned)
- sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Preparation

Peel the mango, cut the pulp from the stone, and finely dice. Puree the mango with half of the milk.

Mix in the remaining milk and the coconut milk. Blend briefly, then season to taste with sugar and lemon juice.
3.
Pour into glasses and serve.
