Preparation steps

1.

Peel mangos and slice the flesh away from the pit. Thinly slice mango.

2.

Peel and halve papaya. Scoop out seeds with a spoon. Thinly slice papaya.

3.

Squeeze juice from orange and mandarin orange. Stir together orange juices with lemon juice and mix with mango and papaya slices.

4.

Mix together sour whipping cream, cinnamon and honey. Divide mango-papaya salad among bowls and top with cream dressing. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
