Nutritional values
Thanks to its many vitamins and minerals, this drink is ideal for those who have little time in the morning or don't like to consume heavy meals soon after waking up. The vitamin A from the mango promotes cell renewal of the skin and mucous membranes, which keeps skin healthy and radiant.
Smell your mangoes before purchasing. An intense scent is a sign of ripeness. Remember that unripe mangoes ripen best at room temperature.
