1 Tbsp Vanilla yogurt

Preparation steps

1.

Squeeze the lemons and mandarin oranges. Pour the juice through a sieve into a saucepan and boil to reduce by about half. Put in the sugar, stir until it has dissolved and let the syrup cool down.

2.

Mix the cooled fruit syrup with the vanilla yogurt, fill the popsicle molds, insert the sticks and freeze for about 4 hours.
