Nutritional values

The Magic Shell Smoothie Bowl is not only especially delicious with strawberries: The popular red berries score with the B vitamin folic acid, which is needed for cell division, among other things. Hazelnut kernels and pine nuts also convince with the antioxidant vitamin E as well as polyunsaturated fatty acids for a healthy heart.

Depending on your mood, you can vary the Magic Shell Smoothie Bowl: Try frozen blueberries instead of strawberries or fresh raspberries as a topping when strawberries are no longer in season.
