6 Cherry tomatoes
1 slice cooked ham
2 Tbsps chopped Walnut

Preparation steps

1.

For the dressing: Peel the onion and chop into small cubes. Place the onions and parsley in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add the mustard and vinegar. Whisk in the oil until thoroughly combined.

For the salad: Rinse the lamb's lef lettuce and spin dry. Rinse and halve the tomatoes.

For serving: Divide the lettuce and tomatoes between plates. Slice the ham into thin strips and place on top of the salads. Garnish with walnuts. Serve immediately with the dressing.
