Macaroni with Chicken Strips
Rinse fillets, pat dry, cut into strips. Drain tomatoes, chop, place two tablespoons in a bowl with the oil and let sit. Rinse and cut the fennel into strips. Meanwhile cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
Fry the chicken in the hot tomato oil, adding the vegetables. Pour in wine and broth and let simmer for 5-7 minutes. Stir in the creme fraiche. Season with oregano, salt and pepper. Drain the pasta, mix with the sauce and serve hot.
