Preparation steps

1.

Rinse limes in hot water, wipe dry and with a vegetable peeler, remove peel in a spiral pattern.

Rinse pepperoncinis. Place lime zest, hot peppers and peppercorns in the bottle and fill with vinegar. Seal and let vinegar infuse in a dark place approximately one month. Gently shake occasionally. Strain the vinegar, and pour again into the (well rinsed) bottle. Add lime spirals and pepperoni to taste.
