2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 tsp ground paprika

4 sprigs rosemary
For the sauce
300 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 lemon (juice)
salt
Lemon wedge (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse the chicken wings, pat dry, and remove from the joint. Whisk the oil with the juice and paprika. Marinate the chicken wings in the marinade. Season with salt and pepper and spread in four ovenproof pans. Place a sprig of rosemary on top of each chicken and bake for about 25 minutes. Flip the wings from time to time.

For the sauce, mix the yogurt with the lemon juice and season with salt.

Garnish the chicken wings with lemon wedges and serve with the yogurt sauce.
