- Lettuce (50 grams - frisee, head & corn salad)
- 50 grams Arugula
- 100 grams Parmesan (solid)
- For the dressing
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 garlic clove

Preparation

For the salad, rinse the lettuce, pat dry and pluck the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

For the dressing, peel the garlic and squeeze through a press, stir all the ingredients together, and season with salt and pepper.

Mix the lettuces, drizzle with dressing and slice the parmesan with a vegetable peeler.
