- For the kebabs
- 18 ozs lean Ground lamb
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped rosemary
- salt

- For the couscous
- 9 ozs Couscous
- ⅞ cup boiling vegetable stock
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Tbsp chopped mint
- To garnish
- 1 Tomato (finely diced)
- Corn salad (lamb's lettuce)
Product recommendation
Soak wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes before using, to avoid burning.
Preparation steps
1.
For the kebabs: heat the grill.

Mix all the kebab ingredients together and divide into 8 balls.

Mould each ball into an oval shape around a skewer. Repeat the process with the remaining balls.

Grill the kebabs for 5-10 minutes, turning, until cooked through.

For the couccous: put the couscous into a bowl and add the boiling stock. Stir and leave for a few minutes until the stock is absorbed.
6.
Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper and mint and stir to combine.
7.
Put the couscous into serving bowls with the kebabs and scatter over the tomato. Garnish with lambs lettuce.
