- 500 grams lamb (from the leg, boneless, cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsps dry sherry
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 medium Zucchini (thickly sliced)
- 1 red and 1 green Bell pepper (trimmed, halved, seeded and cut into strips)
- Wooden skewer (soaked in water)
Preparation

Combine the sesame oil, sherry, crushed garlic, ginger and honey. Mix well and cover the lamb with it. Marinate for about 1 hour.

Alternately, thread the pieces of meat, zucchini and bell pepper onto the skewers and brush with the residual marinade.
Cook on a grill (not too hot) for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Suggestion: Serve seasoned with herbs and with a portion of rice.
