1 kilogram jam sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch the peaches briefly in boiling water. Remove from the water and run under cold water. Peel the peaches, cut in half, and remove the stones. Coarsely chop the peaches, then weigh the pulp. Peel and coarsely chop the kiwis. 

2.

Add the fruit, lemon juice, and jam sugar to a pot. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Fill the prepared jars to the brim with the jam. Seal tightly, and cool completely.
